The following is an interview with Yael Vatury, Cedar Woods Managing Director, discussing why Cedar Woods Care Management has such passion to make a difference in people’s lives.
Tell us about the mission of Cedar Woods.
Cedar Woods is committed to delivering outstanding and uncompromised service to our consumer. The goal is to never forget that the consumer comes first and to never jeopardize our values and morals that are the essence of this agency. The owners, being supports coordinators themselves, know what it takes to provide the best-in-class service and are always here to share their views and guidance. In an industry that is fully saturated, we must ensure our DNA is not lost.
On a personal note, professionally I come from a completely different industry where the discussion is all about margins and profitability and here the story is completely different, it’s about waking up every day with a passion to make a change in people’s lives. That is truly what keeps me motivated and why I wake up every morning excited.

In the year that I have worked for the company, I’ve seen them buy over 200 air conditioners for our consumers, pay out of pocket for home renovations, buy groceries and more. I am truly inspired and grateful that there are still genuinely good people out there.
